Fedor Emelianenko loses, Gina Carano, and Affliction

Fedor lost a sambo match in the Russia combat Sambo tournament. I didn't think it was that big of a deal until I actually saw the video. I think that this sambo match speaks volumes of Fedors overall ability.

Gina Carano is also looking at having a contract extension with proelite as new buyers are looking at taking over elite XC.

Josh Barnett is matched With Gilbert Ivel instead of Fedor, which doesen't make a lot of sense to me personally, but the upcoming Affliction card does look good. Even though there are a few mismatches.

And before I leave this dumbass video. I know this video is old, but since then, Fedor KO'd Arlovski in the 1st round and was going to fight Barnett. Barnett was so scared and new he couldn't beat Fedor, that he tried a little "help" and got the whole promotion shut down.

How many of these Sambo tournaments has Fedor won? I think its somewhere in the ballpark of 12 and most of those were open weight. So I'm sure he's beaten "big grapplers" before and one loss doesn't matter. Brock and Couture have lost wrestling matches, it doesn't prove or show anything about MMA ability.

And Fedor's fought "big, skilled wrestlers" like Fujita, Sobral, Arona, Choi, olympic silver medalist Linland, etc. They all got subbed or the shit beat out of them. Research b4 you talk shit.
