So has there been any movement on this idea? Sounds like you need more than "you do nothing but sit back and get someone to subscribe". We are moving on 2 years now. Neverland looks like a wasteland. What's the hold up guys? Is it money? Establish a benefit fund and I'll donate. ANY MJ fan who was able to would also. Do you need man hours, labor, letter writing to key people, even GRANT proposals- USE YOUR RESOURCES. I'm one of them. We just need a leader.

The reason he was prosecuted is because there's a witch hunt mentality towards ANYONE accused of child molestation. It's great that we, as a society, want to protect our children, but we need to be careful that we are not violating someone's constitutional rights. I don't care how disgusting a person is: I will NEVER deny his right to due process of law!

@MishuTaste If people KNEW what real due process was, they would know we have long ago left it in the dust decades ago. Sneddon was still looking for Vicitms to come "forward" during the trial. There were none.

I have given you plenty of reasons to check it out further but you stick to your silly position that he was indicted so he must be guilty. the only 'wrong doing' in this case was the greed and lying and deception of those who planned to extort Michael Jackson. Get enough people to say you did something and you will be in court too fighting for your innocence.

@NOMCCBAMA I'm sorry I don't know what you mean. If the Grand Jury had any evidence against Michael we would all know about it by now. The only evidence that was presented was heresay from those who had a vested interest in bringing Michael down but their lies were so evident that they failed. Each one of the witnesses against him had a hidden agenda (book deals, magazine stories etc.) and were motivated by greed. Nevertheless they were a laughing stock. MJ would fight this time and he won.

@MishuTaste ...much different perspective of trials by serving as a juror. What happens in the courtroom has absolutely NOTHING to do with all the hype people see on television. News commentaries on television & "expert opinions" really poison people's minds. The truth clears up everything.

@williamwagener I wonder why many Americans don't appreciate our justice system. It is designed to be fair. We should preserve such ideas as "due process" and "habeas corpus." No justice system is perfect, but this is the best one! If you accuse anyone of a crime, and you don't have the evidence to back it up, you must RELEASE that person back into free society. That should be written in stone! I used to be gullible and believed Michael was guilty because of the media. I gained a...
