I don't know whether this is true ar fake.  I called Airtel customer care - 121 and asked for some information. That idiot started blabbering and asked me to call 121. (So that the call will be picked up some other Idiot). Oorukey call center outsource panra namma oorla oru paya urupadiya illapa.
