I've seen 3 Coldplay shows, and it's always the same. I've seen several U2 shows, and it's NEVER the same. Coldplay can make the audience wild, but it's always on the same way. For example: U2 Brussels 22/09 and 23/09. The second show was nothing alike the first one. Coldplay Rock Werchter 2009/Werchter 2011 (2 years if you don't like maths) I filmed everything on both shows, and when I looked at it I saw almost nothing changed except their intro and their some songs.

Coldplay is becoming way to commercial! I loved Viva La Vida, but after a while it was like: this is so commercial, I couldn't listen to the 'oohooohoo' anymore. It gives a kick live! But so fucking commercial! I've heard U2 song over a thousand times, and it never gets boring! As for the live shows: Coldplay is GREAT live. But once more, they can't tickle U2's ass! Look at what they build, I don't think Coldplay can do that. The audience at a U2 show is much louder. I'll explain more :

If you just look at this without any sound you can pick the best band out. What other fucking band is capable of building such a spaceship? The Killers don't even belong in this video. But for the Coldplay vs U2 question, let's make that clear. Coldplay is a good band, I can't deny that, I saw them 3 times, good shows. But for everyone who thinks Coldplay is better: give U2 a shot, listen to their music and it won't take long before you're convinced. Coldplay can't tickle U2's ass!
