how did you get your background like that and second off how did you get your computer like that its a windows like a mac? what

my background is just DreamScene (it's only on vista ultimate) in dont have ultimate, but I just downloaded a pach. (btw: dreamscene is a program that allows you to choose any .wmv video and set it as ackground!)
and that mac bar is just a free program called: 'ObjectDock'
