This is a turntable of version 1 of the headdress, crown, or head adornment for SARA 3 for the NeoToonami project. SARA was the ship computer for Toonami on Cartoon Network. She had a humanoid form in which she interacted with TOM, the host. The original SARA had no visible hair, but did have a head adornment of some kind that looked sort of like a bicycle helmet, but cooler.

She is built off DAZ 3D's Aiko 3 character. This is rendered in Carrara 8 Pro. Video editing in Pinnacle Studio. Music is Desolation by _res of NeoToonami.

There is more to come, so please subscribe.

Please give me some feedback, like this video, and show it to other Toonami fans that you know.

Stay gold!

  • IT LOOKS GREAT!

  • @patrickc1193 Thanks!

  • I think with hair, that might look pretty nice. Otherwise, it does seem to be just a bit too wide around her head.

  • @lightmusashi Hair does make a huge difference on how proportions appear.

  • looks good but the head piece is too wide.

trying looking at the pic digitani posted for reference =)

Also I noticed SARA2 has a light blue tint to her and isn't completely white.

    Great job so far~!

  • @snsninja I am digitani. :-)

Yes, its too wide or thick or something. Its experimental.

We might want to add some tint to SARA 3 too. Her body gets some because of the glowing ball in her chest emitting some bluish light. Check out the full body turntables that I posted way back.

  • @mcasual Yeah, I love glow effects. I wish Carrara could do more atmospheric effects. I have not tried out the ray feature in C8 yet, but I plan to.

Thanks for the info about aikobot! I have seen her, and you are exactly right about that helmet.

  • @jackle111111 Thanks! We have made a lot of progress this summer.

  • dont know if you saw her but there's an "aikobot Maria" figure in the daz3d store, and she has a sort of bike helmet maybe she's a relative :) your new sarah with the scintillating effect looks good - i noticed the animations that impress me often have a ton of glow effects and sparks and twinkles

  • Nice, looks like this project is coming together.
