Josephile, people usually talk about how good he is as a singer/song writer. Playing the violin is just a part time hobby for him. Yeah, constructive criticism is expected in the industry but saying "his techniques suck" seems more along the lines of bashing. In addition, why do you act like you know him? You claim that "he's gotten help" but we just don't know it. I respect your opinion about his violin playing, but that doesn't give you the right to make this assumptions about him.

People let's not start a fight. It's Youtube people, you don't need to be the best in the world to have your video posted here. I posted this video just so fans could see Leehom playing the violin. Nowhere does it state that he's the best so why waste your time saying how crappy he is?

yea...this is weird..cause the bruch he plays in the beginning makes him seem...quite good at violin...is it actually him...cause if it really is..then he must be good...but then some of the other stuff..kinda questionable...like..the thais....??...yea...i've seen better...but still dude...LEEHOM ROCKS

Yeah that's him. That was him in I think high school during a recital. It was released on his "Accidental biography" VCD.

it is not fair to judge lh only on his violin skills. do u judge lang lang only on his vocal skills?

In fact LH is a lot better than many pop singers in south east asia. he set us a gd model to many "artists". you have no idea how "well" they perform=="

(of coz we can't adore sb only bcoz he does better than others.)i just want to pt out his hard work can't be neglected.

reason of me watching the video is I want to know more abt this guy. to check wt he hv done for today.

@josephile Leehom is a composer and singer. I care more abt his lately released album to check wt excitement he bring to us this time.

also leehom in fact admitted that he is not very good in violin. I remember I watch a video on utube abt lh. the host of a show asked leehom how many music inst. does he master in and he said none.

I know tons of ppl can do better and work harder than lh in playing the violin but as I said lh is a composer and singer.

i remembered in an interview when he was asked about the perfect SAT score, he said it wasn't perfect score. but i don't doubt it isn't close to being perfect. either way, he's a great musician and individual.
