Qui hui fang is a Chinese national treasure. She does not fght bums or traitors. Why? Because that pollutes her hands and reputation. But I do if you want me to .But then again, taichi chuan's primary purpose is to improve health, balance, chi control, agility, dextexrity,harminization of body and mind, and self defense.

I am 190 pound and stand five feet ten. I can squat 550 pound; calif lifts 1440, a world record. Fyi, former KC Chiefs linebacker, a friend, could do 550 lb.
