  • what up with the legs shooting up at the last 5, that builds momentum (cheating) and it would be nice if the camera is right side up......im just saying.

  • @321headshotable In the marines they don't let you use momentum to the point where your knees pass your waistline. So technically these are fine.

  • doing two sets of ten (30 second brake) and look tiny compared to this guys...

  • good stuff, pretty wide grip for chin ups so i forgive that it isnt full extension

  • These are pullups and he is not going completely all the way down.

  • i thought there was triceps because your using your whole arms to lift u so all mucels and differnt types of pull ups do differnt mucles but thanks for correcting me on the pecs nd tricep

  • @15still there's no triceps and pecs involved. also delts and shoulder is the same but pull ups affect mainly the rear delts.

  • pull ups are all upperbody shoulders delts lats biceps triceps pecks
