Here is both an isometric crunch and a few reps of ab crunches with 80 pounds of weight. For the ones who didn't see the first video, I have done 4,000 crunches in one hour and the recrod was 3,600 in 1997. I didn't know this till after I did the crunches. I do these isometric weighted crunches because I don't want to suck up the time for myself and the viewers.
