thats what i'll do, i'll blame the next police officer i see for my problems, even though he or she will have nothing to do with anything in politics in any form apart from earning a few quid keeping the plebs out of parliament.

From a police officer's point of view - we join up to serve our community, not the government. It just so happens that at heated political demonstrations such as this the police are present to ensure no damage to person or property. Most officers would agree completely with what the guy is saying - the police themselves have been hit hard by the mess the bankers have made, however at the end of the day order needs to be maintained.
