I looked out my window this morning
and witnessed the towers of my Rome, burning
all the ash fell like snow in grey blankets on the ground
now the earthworms aren't cold when the winter comes round

No there's nothing around to encourage us to stay
and where we were children's just a hole of a grave
just a pile of rubble where a city once rose

Oh the passing of Rome

Singing falling snow
Falling Slow
3,000 flakes fell on us that day
and the city it slept it's last sleep in snow
