Invisalign Day 7 Update
What a long week! It's all good though - no pain and aligners are fitting better each day. Let's talk about something very important: CLEANING! If you're going to have straight teeth, you better make sure they're healthy as well! Here's my routine. Enjoy.

My routine is pretty similar to this. I'm almost obsessive with it. My gums are a bit sore though from all of the flossing and I hope that they can adjust in the future. Great tip with the little flossing devices. I should buy some of those. Also, yeah, I can't wait to finish up with the Listerine and switch to something lighter. Good tip on rinsing the mouthwash off of your teeth before putting the aligners back on. I need to do that from now on especially with the Listerine.

@jleroy33 I hate Listerine! And just say no to cavities - there was one vlogger out there who reported that she got something like 14 cavities as a result of Invisalign! scary!

Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of Listerine but I bought a huge bottle of it a while back before my Invisalign days because I liked how the stinging felt like it was really killing germs, etc. But now that I have to use it 3 times a day I'm not enjoying it at all. Plus, it smells like medicine. Almost done with the bottle though :) I'm militant with this cleaning stuff. I refuse to get a cavity from Invisalign.
