how do you dolphin dive without moving first???

@Xbox360Lover02 you get up right next to an object so that there is no space between you and that object. Then you sprint and it should look like you're not really moving but you kinda see yourself sprinting. The hardest part for people would seem to be the timing of holding the B button after you sprint. You want to sprint at the object with no space in between and give it a good half a second to a second before holding that B button. Eventually you will get it... I hope that helped.
