Oh lordy, did you get your facts screwed up. I admit, maybe that goes without saying since your buy into this horse****, but seriously. Obama was never required by any authority to present a BO in this lawsuit. The timeframe your referencing, I assume, refers to the period Obama had to present ANY evidence if he intended to present any. He did not, and did not, and the case was dismissed.
