uhh just because it's different from the other mario games in the series and is pretty much a clone of another game doesn't make it a bad game all by itself. I enjoyed it, and it's physics and variety of levels has always been one of my favorites.

smb2 is like an oddball from other mario games. like, the underworld music is diff, and u can pick up and throw things other than koopa shells, and bowser isn't the final boss, + u can play as mario, luigi, AND Toad AND Peach, and Wart wasn't in any other games, and there are other characters that weren't in any other mario bros. game, + there rn't any koopas or goombas
