Press 3. You will see that he picked up the ball right when his foot hit the ground. Then he took 2 steps. That's pretty legal to me.

i respect all the comments but in my opinion being dunked on is when the defensive player is in front of the offensive player and the offensive player dunks on or over the defensive player, hence the term '' dunked ON ''
