after eating KtC chicken I never go to KfC anymore~
because KfC uses 9 secret spices, while KtC uses 11 secret spices~

I can tell you is not KFC because I worked there as a director of Operations and that is not the recipe for any chicken, but it does looks like souther style chicken in which I tried and it was awesome, I just like mine double dipped for cryspiness. thanks..Keep it up.

@patriot4225 I called it 'KtC Fried Chicken' not 'KFC'. KtC as in kooktocook :)
Unlike some folks on YT, I would not use the name KFC and then make something else. A certain Aussie dude tends to do that frequently. Just call it a Chicken Sandwich not a KFC/ McChicken if it is not.
My attempts here is to provide a Southern Style Fried Chicken recipe as I prepare it (with the KtC 'pun' in the title).
