Also, they have not even thought out that landing strip, the web site says
"Fixed wing aircraft are economically and strategically more practical for our requirements. If we later determine there is some safety or noise factor we cannot overcome, then we will change the plans to eliminate the landing strips and replace them with helicopter pads and a large recreation facility for the residents." The design is not even ready for prime time & they have been talking about the ship for a decade

The freedom ship is a scam. It is a Ponnzi scheme. Just like the Madoff scam or the Stanford scam. This ship will never be built. At least not by this Nixon scammer.
I truly feel sorry for anyone who invested their money with this scam. They will never see a return on their investment nor will they get their money back. It's all baloney.
The feds should do an investigation.

Please post the evidence (not hearsay) to back this statement. Having worked with Norman Nixon, I can attest to the fact that he has been in contact with the SEC both directly and through legal counsel to assure compliance throughout the history of the project. Also, one of the principals of Freedom Ship Incorporated is a retired FBI agent. In keeping with SEC regulations, FSI does not solicit any kind of investment from the general public.
