NEW YORK (YouTue.com/AdAge) -- The $52 billion acquisition deal that will make Anheuser-Busch part of the Belgium-Brazilian company InBev has a lot of people wondering about their beer. What happens to iconic U.S. brands like Budweiser once Anheuser-Busch is no longer a U.S. company? You can spin it any way you want , but this deal sucks for Joe 6 Pack.
the good thing is the deal is not done yet , the Euro is down the cost is about 61Billion right now , Inbevs stock has dropped by almost 50% AB has a larger Market cap than Inbev and this is an all cash deal so it might be wise to take your profit and run doesnt look like this is going to happen at this point banks arnt in any hurry to dish out 60 billion to a company that in it self is only worth 34 billion .
