I'm not sure what you're trying to argue here, but yes, there is empirical evidence that CO2 traps heat, and by comparing satellite readings of outgoing radiation in 1970 to those made in 1997 through 2006, we have direct empirical evidence for a significant increase in Earth's greenhouse effect.
