Dale Peters - Bass, background vocals
Jim Fox - Drums

Lyrics credit to jjammin1812:
Taking my time,
choosin my line,
tryin to decide what to do.
Looks like my stop, dont want to get off. Got myself hung up on you.
Seems to me, you dont want to talk about it.
Seems to me, you just turn your pretty head and walk away.
Places Ive known,
Things that I'm growin' don't taste the same without you.
I got myself in the worst mess I've been And I find myself starving without you Seems to me talk all night here comes the morning
Seems to me you just forget what we said And greet the day .
Seems to me, you dont want to talk about it.
Seems to me, you just turn your pretty head and walk away.
I got to cool myself down, stompin around,
thinkin' some words I can't name ya.
I'll meet you half way, I got nothin' to say, Still I don't s'pose I can blame ya. Seems to me, you dont want to talk about it. Seems to me, you just turn your pretty head and walk away. Walk Away

  • Where , oh where are the new kids who can play like this ? Or am I relegated to an endless trail of tribute bands for the rest of my life ? Tell your asshole son to drop the goddamn X- box controller, pick up a guitar, listen to this song, and go make some rock and roll music ! : )

  • always liked this one..... until i heard the joe walsh live version on YOU CAN'T ARGUE WITH A SICK MIND. holy crap! but this version is still great. love the bass line

  • Every era of music has had its hits and misses. I agree that the stuff that is out today is mostly crap. There is still some good stuff out there. I have an affinity for classic rock that wont go away. My dad raised me on this stuff along with the Moody Blues, Marshall Tucker, Alabama, Led Zepp, Canned Heat. There was always some good 60's and 70's on the turntable growing up. All the greatest we had it. in my teens it turned into Metal. Rock, Metal and Blues for me now.

  • clear vocals. clean playing. a melody that also rocks. why is this so difficult for the modern bands to grasp?

  • @Fynness "Angst" is too nice of a word for that no-talent crap. .....Dittos otherwise!

  • @Yipeokia1- Since the tech age hit us, creativity for Rock has diminished into legends..Now I have to endure the angst in Rap, hip hop, and all the other CRAP that's now known as "Music"

  • the most under rated band of the 70's

  • @yipeokia1 yeah..., let´s play fucking rock

  • Ford- ' Like a big boy ! " LOL

  • @yipeokia1 I did exactly that, without anyone telling me to...lol

  • In the summer of '71, I was 20 and, I drove around Great Britain in a racing green Triumph convertible TR-6 with two friends, and we followed the James Gang on their summer tour - what a BLAST!!! Joe Walsh - what a killer style - so distinctive.
