  • hahahaha, no it isn't, it is at least 150 years old. Don't be naive and believe everything you see on TV.

  • "The text as it first occurred on leaflets about 1780 originally had four strophes to which a fifth was later added."--Wikipedia. Anyone who listens to this song needs to know very well the story of Sophie Scholl and the White Rose Society. This was their rally song.

  • @sunzsu agreed. schools should teach more independent thinking (i'm thinking of school in the US here.) any person should both be able to defend the reasons for what they do/believe and have the right to do so

  • one of the most beautiful and true songs in the world. every human on earth should grow up with this message.

  • @99heysenave I think you meant to say the zionist-EU-internationalist anti-cultural 'plutocratic' yoke intstead. Really, addressing the effects/symptoms of the problem doesn't solve anything. Freedom? wwii revisionism! not stupid cartoons that acomplish nothing.

  • This is a good song for all the oppressed in the world, including those oppressed by religious 'teachers'

  • Libertad! I love it!
