  • If anyone else came up with a melody as catchy as this they'd make a full 4 minute song out of it with lyrics and everything, and release it as a single and it would go to #1.

Paul was such a genius something like this was just a throwaway for him.

  • You know, when you have written "She's Leaving Home", "Fool On the Hill", "Yesterday", "The Long and Winding Road" and countless other classics, you don't have to be brilliant all the time. Take "I Will". Nothing clever about it, but it's just very sweet and pleasant to listen to.

  • Thanks Faul, great little tune!

  • goodgooodgooood.....

  • that's "Suicide" at the end!

  • Another beauty Paul. Thanks man.

  • @depechemodevilla It's also the opening music to Geoff Lloyd's Hometime show on Absolute Radio; as a result it makes me think of everyone going home from work on the bus on a sunny day!

  • This was A great Intro. For A great Beatles Tune.. But it got push a side and never got figured out what to do with it... I like the end of the song with Paul coming back in singing and playing with the pitch up and down . . Plus This song reminds me of the Italian Nathanial anthem ??

  • @tarlknight1 search for that song called suicide by mccartney ;)

  • it's called glasses

  • @bunchie1966 no, I WILL was very clever and has complicated recording structure including paul playing bass with his mouth. its a love he's never met and he loves her and will wait for her to meet him. lastly who says he wasnt brilliant all the time - green onions is one of the most well known 60's songs and its an instrumental piece. just think please.

  • Sounds like the end of "The Ballad of John & Yoko" extended to a full song
