Ive watched the entire sequence of world 4 and I do everything you do, but I still, for some reason, finish 4 with (always) 21 minutes! Its probably the little things, like when you rewind, you usually do it at x8 when I feel more comfortable with a x4. That still only accounts for 30 seconds MAYBE. I really have no idea why I take so long.
