The Arc Employment Services

The Arc of Howard County has been supporting the career choices of individuals with intellectual and development disabilities for over 20 years. The goal of The Arcs Employment Program is to find a match where the work meets the individuals needs, interests and skills and the individual meets the employers needs and expectations. The Arcs staff provides support to both the employee and the employer throughout the relationship, from orientation and job training to on-the-job assistance. Individuals served by The Arc have become important members of the local workforce and have developed lasting friendships with their co-workers.
