Something most of us do is sit everyday - whether it's in a car or in a chair, many of us aren't sitting properly. And not only are we hurting ourselves from not sitting properly, but many of us aren't doing the proper exercises in the gym to help us correct the damage from sitting.
This video discusses the issues with sitting for long periods of time, how we can sit better based on a few different sitting options including an active sitting disc, an exercise ball and a Swopper chair, and also some exercises we can do to make sure that our body will be protected from sitting for so long.
