AHHHHHH! So classic. Thank goodness there are still dancers in the world that know what raqs sharqi is, that hear the music and relate to it. Not the frantic, disconnected flailing and writhing so many attempt to pass off as raqs sharqi, Egyptian style or otherwise! This is truly a delight. Ahhhhhhh!~
@KeemLegendPA...you want to see real egyptian belly dancing type fifi abdo, suhair zaki, dina, najwa fouad....classic egy dancers, samia gamal, tahia carouca, naiema etc.
@KeemLegendPA bellydance originated in egypt 4000 yrs ago with the pharoahs and such,
not much in egypt has really changed since those days so far as music, the arts and stuff...even some of the language is still used (more by the coptics) and many dishes like this soup i always make called molokhia. dish is thousands of yrs old.
very good!
