@murdermydolly13 I started doing hypnosis at a very young age this video is a year and a half old but it is still very effective as a hypnosis video! Before this video I was doing hypnosis preaty much every day for two years. I m not a professional hypnotist however I need to put that in the video because it creates raport instead of me saying I m a good hypnotist or practissed hypnotist

i did this and it really worked i could feel my arm just floating up but before i did it i painted my nails red and then when i woke up my nail varnish had come off on some of my nails is that normal for that to happen i was really confused after ??

my arm actually came up... amazing, i felt like i sort of forced myself to do it but also that i couldn't feel my muscles moving it up at all! coolest thing ever, thanks man!!

Hey Benzo, I got as far as the point where you said something about having tunnel vision and then I snapped back into my concentration and lost it. Is there a way to easily stay focused on what your saying and not what my thoughts are saying? My thoughts seem to distract me from the hypnosis.
