What I don't get is wt if they taser some one with a heart problem and that person is running then wat that u thy shouldn't be allowed to use it Cus that person could die

They do it gently and carefully, but people are cruel

to prevent it from shocking you, only if you have something thats not a good conductor on you where the tazer hits, if your already getting tazered theres no real way of getting loose, the voltage is just too high for the muscles to move freely, and the current is just high enough so it wont do any permanent damage
