@wasabi622 Heard that rolling shoulders with that much weight is bad, I usually just go up and down. Just my 2 cents though.

Does rolling the shoulders make any difference? I used to do sets of 16. 8 reps of rolling them forward and 8 reps of rolling them backwards.

Yea he speaks true. That angling shoud keep out xD... many of these guys here starts doing it with 1000kg barbell and do it so wrong that i counld kick them to fucking head... testicles.. coz that's the pain i fell i've sacrificed so much in my life... bla bla :D...
