The mobile experience (smart phone and tablete) is rapidly changing end user expectations. End users, both for personal Open Source in the mobile ecosystem use or on their communication devices at work, are demanding and expecting much more than "phone" capability on their communication devices. What is the impact of open source on the mobile ecosystem? What is the impact of open standards on the mobile ecosystem? Why would companies like Google want to contribute code under open source? What is the impact of open source on devices? Will open source find it's way into devices and applications that are a tightly integrated member of the communications solutions used by businesses? Will open source-based mobile devices be adopted in the Enterprise in a broader sense?
