Castlevania: Lament of Innocence on Crazy difficulty.
This time it's versus Thunder Elemental, Medusa, and Succubus. Medusa is much more aggressive on Crazy Mode. Succubus is still a wimp.
Thunder Elemental - not too bad. Sidestep his swipes. When he turns violet and charges, block, counter. When he slams his spear into the ground, get close, block, counter. When he calls the lightning bolts, sidestep once, then sidestep when you see the shadows signifying another lightning strike. He almost always calls them down to where you land after the sidestep.
Medusa - see how much more aggressive she is? She'll swing 4 - 8 times at you! A good way to avoid this is to consistently sidestep in the same direction, that way you're far away from one of the snake arms, and you'll dodge right through the closer ones. The problem is that since you're circling her, the camera won't keep up with you sometimes, and she'll be right in the way, which means you can't see yourself. Counter her after the swings; she's ripe for attacking. For the eye beams ("turn to stone!") I blocked and got guard broken. She doesn't immediately attack you after that move, so you're safe. Sidestepping is possible, albeit very risky, especially on Crazy. I never attack her after the eye beams because she has a tendency to do it more than once in a row, so I wait for her to change attacks. For the stone circle, you have to time it right to sidestep through the flying rocks. She also tries to turn you to stone, which can be devastating if you can't break it fast enough. For the serpent move where she drops snakes on the ground, I could not find a safe way around it. I jump and then double jump, but the snakes track you, and there's a possibility that you'll land on them, like I did. The Ice Whip worked well against her.
Succubus - unbelievable how easily she goes down. When she yells "go!" the thorny root is going to dive under the stage and surface in front of you. I block, immediately sidestep after being guard broken, and repeat this two more times until the attack is over. When she uses her tornado spin, you can run, or sidestep repeatedly to get out of the way. When she glows violet and shoots at you, block, run in, hit her. The Flame Whip absolutely destroyed her.
No item usage in these battles.

how do you get there

@ZaAmOOnA If you're talking about the lightning elemental, there is room with one of those plants that you have to strike to open its petals. Do that close to one of the walls, jump on the plant, and you can reach a platform with a door on it. Sorry I can't be more descriptive, but search around in the large rooms with the plants.

@belmont1960 In the Garden Forgotten by Time, there are big rooms with those plants that you have to whip to make the petals open. When you do that, you can jump onto the petals and use them as platforms. In the corner of one of those rooms, there is a door that you have to jump up to using the plant petals as a springboard. I'm sorry I can't explain better, but it's been a long time since I played.

@belmont1960 I had to look this up because it's been so long. You have to find the Unlock Jewel in the Pagoda of the Misty Moon. It's in one of those dark platforming rooms (where you can fall and have to restart). When you get it, you can find a stairway in the main castle (not in the actual stages) that leads to the Prison of Eternal Torture. There's a door down there that is "Sealed by immense power." You have to use the Unlock Jewel to open that door. Good luck.
