  • Star's comment is not so far fetched -President Barack Obama and Senate Democratic leaders are weighing whether to employ a budgetary maneuver to ensure passage of the legislation in the Senate without requiring the 60 votes needed to overcome a potential Republican-led filibuster. The move to fast-track a budget vote, known as reconciliation, means Obama's health care plan would need only 51 votes in the Senate to pass. You should follow Congress and their so called budget.
