Another blues mandolin installment.

Vibrato, often thought of us either a guitar or violin/strings technique, has its place on the mandolin. This video discusses utilizing vibrato on the mandolin.

  • That's an excelent technique, but I have a question, if you can answer.

Isn't dangerous do bends on a mandolin? The strings looks so tight.

  • SICK DAWGA

  • I love playing the blues. I do not like blue grass and never learned to play blue grass. This guy knows the blues and how to teach. I play some BB King on my banjo, a real hoot.

  • Wicked <3

  • Everytime I try and find somebody playing blues on mandolin you seem to be the only person doing it right. Most people tend to slide back into playing bluegrass riffs.

I just think there's a really kick-butt sound that goes with playing electric guitar blues riffs on an acoustic mandolin.
