@noidelaplatja He isnt allowed to scout 12 year old players even in England so your point is mute. In England you have to live within 30 or 45 minutes of the academy you attend. Also good luck getting a work permit for a 12 year old Argentinian in Britain. But all that is ethical and above board for Barca apparently. Also Barcelona isnt the only club with training academies abroad. Arsenal also have them but the difference is they have to wait till they are at least 17.
