Redbull Grumman G-44 Widgeon flyby and landig at Torp airshow 1993. The landig is bumpy but with a funny end where the pilot brakes hard to let the airplane take a bow for the audience!

  • I hate to break the news, but this is a Widgeon, not a Goose. Wrong engines to start with........Other wise cool video

  • @wn6904k Who said anything about a Goose? This is clearly a Widgeon as stated both in the video title and text.

  • He had his landing trim position sey wrong. Rookie mistake as it,s one of the last items on the checklist. I think I,v got one somewhere around her. Picked it along with one for a Goose and a Mallard when I worked for Dean Franklin back in the 80s.Got one for an Grumman Albatross"Old Goat" when I was a Flt Mch. In the U.S.C.G. and flew on them as crew. I,v even got a throttle assy. on my bookshelf from a Goose.Brand new never used. Dean gave it to me.Love those ol, birds!!

  • Not a planned bow touch and certainly not bowing to the audience on purpose. The pilot is a rookie Widgeon pilot. Check some other Widgeon take offs and landings posted on Youtube.
