  • I read that behind the head presses and pulldowns are bad on the rotator cuffs, and you gain the exact same benefits by doing it in front of your head.

  • @Sportyboy009 good way to keep a chiropractor in business!

  • @chrisdotwynn Yeah you got a point, but the reason why people do behind the neck presses is because it contracts your rear Dealts as well, and a lot of people don't find bend over lateral raises or fly movements work the real Delts much, so this movement is risky, but make sure not to use a lot of weight.

  • Is that Carlton from fresh prince in bel air?

  • that looks really bad for your wrists as well

  • You have great videos but I wanna mention firstable press behind the neck not comfortable because its stresseing the small muscles in your rotator cuff. If you have to do it , then go down only to middle of your head not lower. Thank you.

  • WOW He deff showing people how to trash the rotator cuff. DO NOT DO THIS MOVEMENT. This is prob the one exercise that creates the most injuries.

  • Great exercise when i started doing this i could only do 95 lbs and in 1 month and a half my shoulders have gotten bigger and now i could do 110 lbs, and. Dont have any injuries or problems while doing this workout

  • thank u for the tip:) i will definitely put this to my routine:)

  • @TriforceofCourage187 I bet he's tired of hearing it... ;)

  • @BlueBlazer89 if its not working for you, thats your problem. for me and for many other bodybuilders, this exercise is one of the best you can perform for big shoulders. so good luck in your life getting big shoulders, kid.

  • @MariosBody nope all wrong kid, but keep believing what you want.. good luck in life
