through an indoctrination program like this, one can't deny, that there are many in the Marine corps. members that lost their identity and self worth, caved into peer pressure and done horrible things due to their allegiance to the corps.

Woah, looking back I didn't use the best choice of words for this, and I can easily see how someone can see it that way, but when I said:

"Killing raping and torturing are part of it"

I meant it was part of the corps, not necessarily the whole group, but a part of it's genocidal history. That's not to say the corps. is filled with evil sick fucks or to sterotype them, but it was meant to talk about how many people end up losing their humanity for going cont.

This my friends is what we call sacrificing your individuality and humanity for the sake of group thought because you now own your allegiance to this thing, that's better than you are.
