To support Guangzhous efforts to improve air quality in preparation for the 2010 Asian Games, the World Bank and CAI-Asia Center are implementing a pilot project until February 2010 that could be the basis for a broader trucks program aimed at improving fuel economy and reducing CO2 emissions and air pollution from trucks.
