I was just there 2 weeks ago, it didn't look dirty. They were closed down briefly, but that was like 2 years ago. I'd also heard about the nasty attitudes of the employees. I didn't see that either. The 2 young guys working there at the time were friendly and cordial. And I'm white. Yes, I'd heard that too. Nice experience, good food. Didn't get to see LC but have heard he's a very nice and friendly person. I'd go back, if I ever get back to KC.

this place is CLOSED by the KCMO Health Dept - DIRTY.

The bar b que is pretty good actually, dont know why you had a bad experience. The only i dont like about LC's is the attitude you get from the old lady behind the counter.
