This news segment appeared on ABC1 News on 29 June 2009. Artist Cash Brown appropriated Gustave Courbet's famous 1866 work L'Origine du monde [Origin of the world], held in the Musee d'Orsay, Paris and it was censored by Sydney Olympic Park Authority from their Armory Gallery.
It's not so much a picture of "a naked lady" as much as a close-up of a hoo ha, a beaver, a naughty bits, a bearded clam, a man in a boat, a twat, a coony, a fur biscuit, a ve jay jay, a woman's loins, a gynecologist's view, a poonscape, a cooter, and what some have even referred to as, "a vagina".
