Adam admitted under oath, that while in the media room, he was told to stay there, and that he didnt follow instructions and that he went into the electrical closet and he took the film.

that is the point...the trainer affidavit describes the 'media room' (the one with the lawyer) and James was told to stay out of the electrical closet explicitly (the room he filmed him self in that is attached to the media room as i notated).
