The American INJUSTICE System-Part 1

Jack and Margy Flynn co-founded a Citizens' group which has won hundreds of cases in New Mexico courts on Constitutional grounds. Margy has been involved in an ongoing attempt to fight election fraud committed against her by a corrupt city government and to get justice in an unjust, corrupt federal court. Margy was defrauded in her attempt to run for city council by a city clerk who gave Margy false ward information, then certified her in the wrong ward. Even if Margy had won, the city arranged things in such a way so that she would never serve in office.

Thanks for your observation, Jake. We fully agree with you, but the opportunity to do these came up suddenly, with a very brief time window. They were shot early in the morning, and both Jack and I were not fully awake! Spoken like two people who have never read the Constitution.

First, I notice you mention you are both citizens. Well, citizens are subjects with government granted rights and privileges. Citizens have nothing to do with sovereignty.

Second, if you actually read the Constitution Article VI, you will see that the Constitution, the laws of the US, and all treaties are the law of the land.

Finally, read Article I Section 8, congress can pass all laws necessary... Tyrannical?

Margie, what do you expect? You guys have 'Baastin' accents in New Mexico! Hey you're still as beautiful as ever and I fondly look back at Jan2007 in Philadelphia as my patriotic birth when I attended your seminar. Jack is my godfather and you are my godmother. We've since brought many banks to their knees in court. And we've helped others do the same. We are no longer afraid.
