This is my 35 litre Arc Tank aquarium. There are 13 types of freshwater plant, a piece of bog wood and a vine root and there are the following livestock: x 4 Kuhli Loaches (Pangio Kuhlii) x 6 Endlers Guppies (Poecilia reticulata) x 10 Pygmy Corys x 8 Glowlight Danio x 1 Blue Cameroun Fan Shrimp (Atyopsis/Atya gabonensis) (lives under the bog wood) and x 3 Japanese Marsh or Grass Shrimps (Caridina japonica) x 7 Red Cherry Shrimp (Neocaridina heteropoda) x 3 Asian Filter Shrimp/Bamboo Shrimp/Wood Shrimp/Fan Shrimp (Atyopsis moluccensis) x 3 Blue Tiger Shrimp x 2 Crystal Red Shrimp.
I have rehomed the Blue Tetra as they were too boisterous (although happy) for the other fish. The Dwarf Gouramis have also found a new tank due to the Endlers producing well over 50 offspring - too many were being eaten before I could rescue them! The Cherry Shrimps have also bread although the youngsters are far too small for me to count as yet... The 4 Corys have gone into my new tank.... 300+ litres being prepared for Malawi Cichlids where they have also bred! I've rescued 2 of their fry so far...
This is not the kind of video that i would intentionally seek out on YouTube,
,,,,,,,BUT,,,,,,,
I am really glad that I stumbled upon your video.!
You have created a really nice World with your Aquarium. If fish ever feel happiness, then I have no doubt that they are indeed Happy with what you have given them.
I can see myself returning here time and again in the future.
It has been My Pleasure.

Surely there's a few too many fish here? I have same size tank and have been told the 16 guppies/tetras I have in it are enough? they are only tiny aswell? please inform me. thanks.

I changed the filter to an Ehiem Aquaball for extra filtration. The fish are tiny and happy enough to be breeding like rabbits! Luckily I found a LFS that will exchange them for food...

I have a very similar setup to you. Arcadia 35L, lots of real plants, bogwood etc. I have 8 Platinum Tetra, 2 Ember Tetra, 4 Rummy Nose Tetra and a Glass Shrimp atm. Still think I have space for more species. Have you ever had a problem with fish jumping out?

Yes. I lost a Kohli Loach unfortunately, and I have had to rescue a shrimp! I found that leaving a little more space at the top of the tank above the water helped. It is the only design flaw I have found.
