Wow listened to it 2 nights in a row and once i had an awful headache i listened to eat fell asleep this morning i woke up i felt ammmazing slept like a baby;)

Sorry for tagging a reply onto this one ,but I can't see any " add comment box' just found this. I woke up at around 20 mins first time i tried but the 2nd time WOW!.........I didn't even realize I had dropped off...........BRILLIANT can well recommend this guy!

so true lol staying up kind of messes up my sleep now I've got to the point where I am awake at night and asleep, nocturnal owhhhhh... lol love this fills me with peace and tranquility.thank you.you have helped meny people with this,I am starting to appreciate the little things I used to think were dumb and a waste of time,thanks.
