@RileyKathleen72 Are you refering to the shoulder split? I'll try to do a how to video, and post it for you. I have actually gotten better and my feet do not touch the ground.
I chorepgraphed it. And actually there is a section I free styled because I never came up with choreography. Thank you!

@Cootiekanakaians I performed this at Deer Valley High School in Antioch California, also at one of our festivals down town. Those are the only places I recall preforming it.
