It's only a cell tower. There's a thing in the sky called the "Sun" that cooks us with around 1KW per square metre of radiation wherever we stand on a sunny day. A few watts on a cell tower by comparison is diddly squat.

i take great pleasure in assisting our secret defense forces, the FCC and Amateur Radio in locating your ogrone generating devices and smashing them to pieces. I wish they would openly reveal the truth in this day and age but the threat of mass panic still exist. 10 years i have worked on these systems, and although it is never reveled to the workers and techs, its pretty obvious what these really are.

@sirrahcirdec i've worked on numerous radio sites in California for years PLUS lived on a 150,000 Watt 198 MHz USAF Radar site for a year and I've survived quite nicely to 67 Yrs so far......

If people only knew what was involved to transmit waves on the ELF band..... Think about the resonant length of those frequencies....we're talking an antenna that wouldspan the entire country in lenth! Thats not to say a compromise desgin could be used but even still. There is no way in hell any of the antennas on the towers you see around could possibly be resonant on the ELF band... not even the tower itself.... not even 100 of the towers stacked on top of one another....
