@6199jackman I guess the rules a slightly different here in Canada. AT CN Rail were I work if your crossing between 2 freight cars or locos they must be 25 feet apart. If there not you must use the cross over or brake platform. If you get caught stepping on the operating lever or couplers (especially between the horn and striker) Its a failed PMRC if your a repeat offender 60 points and have a nice life your outta here.
@SteamtrainFan1992 It is not a fail, you should know that you have no right whatsoever to explain the rules when you do not know the official rules/guidelines. Or are you? The wheel would not crush his foot because of carriage clearance.
