Yeah but you gotta remember if they were to hook up that would be the end of the show. I honestly am not convinced these two will ever be together, and I'm not just saying that because i'm an A/O fan.

no these two have feelings deeper than friendship the one with elliot saying to the perp that once your marriage fails thats it but then you meet another woman who makes you feel so alive that def was meant for liv and the one with liv saying wishing you had another man who loved you unconditionally def about el, they are giving us clues for whats to come and meloni did say The changing dynamic relation with kathy and always in the mix will be liv and what our dynamic is and what our shift is

I don't know about that, but as you said, it could be argued, either way =)
I do agree, Olivia's feelings for El are probably more than friendship, but I wouldn't go as far as 'lover'. Whatever is inbetween friend and lover would be where they're at.

Elliot might not have feelings for Olivia (though I personally feel he does, but that can still be argued), but Olivia definitely has feelings for Elliot. Just watch "Inflitrated," "Fault," "Burned," "Choreographed," "Paternity" (her face during/after the hug). Even Mariska Hargitay has commented that Olivia's feelings for Elliot run deeper than friendship.
